Spiritual Intuitive Readings
Readings are spiritually based. We create Sacred Space and place the reading in the hands of Source~ Divine Energy ~ Great Spirit...whatever name for Infinite Love that resonates with you. I generally use The Medicine Cards by Jamie Sams and David Carson. Cards are not really necessary but I find these cards in particular resonate with many people since each animal card has a specific meaning in Native American tradition. I provide information received from Source throughout the reading.
A reading takes a minimum of one hour, sometimes an hour and a half or longer although obviously readings unfold as directed by Source. Sessions often involve identifying animal spirit helpers, guides and wisdom from the ancestors. Readings can be in person or by phone
Readings provide insight, validation, direction & a greater connection to your Higher Self. Readings sometimes shed light on a particular issue that may need further work and you may then want to go deeper with a past life regression, vibrational healing or medicine work.
I first met Francesca almost 20 years ago when she sponsored Wallace Black Elk to share the Stone People Lodge in Woodstock, NY. She is one of the most courageous woman of heart I know. Spiritual Counseling
In times past when all people belonged to strong communities, villages and the Tribe, aunties, uncles, grandmas & grandads and Moms and Dads provided the counseling for the youngsters and each other.
Spiritual counseling is like that. There is no "person with a problem" or "Doctor patient" relationship...it's just two people meeting in harmony with one person giving a listening ear and & offering wisdom from the school of life and vibration of the heart.
Sessions can be in person or by phone.
Counseling is $125 an hour or $180 for up to two.
Francesca has always been a person who I can go to when I need spiritual/life guidance. In one of my readings I was blown away (and still am to this day) by the accuracy - even though I couldn't believe it at the time! I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to deepen their relationship with their inner being or just get wisdom that sometimes isn't obvious or available to oneself.

Healing
Sometimes readings or counsel may shed light on areas that may need release, balance or healing.
Healing & Medicine work is based in the tribal traditions of "shamanism". This work is vibrational, working with energy, spirit animals & guides, sound and the magical thing that has no name but which comes when our connection to Source is strong and shifts happen.
Different modalities are used as instructed by Spirit and areas covered can include past lives, present life trauma and other blocks.
We create Sacred Space, we connect with our hearts, to each other and to Mother Earth & Source, hold the vibration and step out of the way!
Sessions are in person and last a minimum of two hours, although sometimes healing can be done at a distance.
In my first session with Francesca things came up that made perfect sense. So much pain an old baggage was released and allowed me to release old patterns. Her deep connection and willingness to help me through any and all circumstances allows me to grow and feel safe in doing so. Sessions with her are profound.
